"PENNIES FROM HEAVEN" COMMUNITY ACTION PROJECT 

The Family Support Network Association  and #LITTY - LOVE IS THE TRUE YOU  is raising 1 million or more dollars by asking local stores, businesses, and organizations to support  our fundraising campaign by allowing  pennies from Heaven Buckets to be placed inside their stores or offices for donations that will help families in Lenoir County NC to help build "Self-Help Housing" for 10 families per county is our goal and help families with their debts so to help them to become eligible to become homeowners who have housing vouchers or are displaced  starving Artists and individuals in need of support  while in their transitioning. So far we have placed  five (5) Pennies from Heaven buckets at the following locations in Lenoir County: Pressley Cleaners is on 611 Queen St, Kinston, NC; Michell Eye Center is on 1201 W. Vernon Avenue, Kinston, NC; 24/7 Vapor Store is on 2405 N. Heritage Street, Kinston, NC; Ziggy Hotdogs is on 401 S. Queens St., Kinston, NC; Jessie Bells Restaurant is on 106 E. Vernon Ave., Kinston, NC; Dr. Holland Eye Center is on 2573 Stantonsburg Rd., Greenville, NC; and  Furniture Fair is on 131 Greenville Blvd SW, Greenville, NC.

Our vision is to facilitate the moral world to come through art, history, education awareness workshops and wellness retreats to advocate spiritual healing and development for individuals and families who are dedicated to change for a better and moral way of life.

 

Our Goals and Objectives

  • Facilitate awareness education for individuals and families.

  • Help to identify sustainable community support.

  • Become more self-sufficient.

  • Support political, environmental and health-conscious issues affecting our families and future generations.

  • To educate and improve upon learning how together through volunteerism we can improve the quality OF LIFE ECONOMICALLY!

  • To educate and bring awareness on political, economic, spiritual, cultural and social issues that can make a difference for positive changes.

  • To design and create a Family Support Network Association website.

  • To partner through collaboration with a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit organization that shares similar mission and vision to submit RFP (request for proposals) for grant opportunities.

  • To create a Family Support Network Association Business Incubator.

  • To partner with local entrepreneurial businesses, churches, and communities to network with prison ministries to establish the re-entry transitional housing and art program.

  • Produce a social media Life Skills Education Reality show from success stories from re-entry program as our evaluation tool.

  • Produce FSNA Newsletter free to all members.
